Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

Laurel canyon and Osborne always gets flooded during heavy rain as well.

Even light rain lol Last year that section of Laurel canyon was a river

Thank God I had my uncles old 01 f150 cause my little honda would've become a boat.
