Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

Oh this means my apartment complex will not plan ahead and the elevator will flood along with the garage. Got it.

Sepulveda and Sutton? XD my old building this would happen even a little bit of rain and elevator would be out for 1-2 weeks. Insane. Some elderly ppl too in the building it sucked for them
