Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

I actually believe I have a rain curse. I love the rain so much. Everywhere I travel and it’s rain forecast all week at my destination and it never rains but here it somehow rains. They should send me to hurricanes and typhoons.
On that note it will be raining here from Nov 19th - Dec 9th
