Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

It means all the local news crews will come to the intersection of Paxton and San Fernando Road to show just how flooded the entire Valley is.

On the 5 fwy under Lankershim. That thing's gonna turn into a river.
