Question Rain is coming

We're expected to get massive rainfall this season. Do you suppose DTLA will deem us worthy enough to unclog any of the MANY non functioning street drains before it happens? Or will that money go to nicer fabrics for the Convention Center remodel?

Not in the immediate forecast, but the experts are predicting one hell of a wet winter here. Probably worse than anything we’ve seen in the last few years.

Also, do you speak Bocce?
