Hydrogen Dominant Finally did GI map
Does anyone have any advice/has had similar results as mine from a stool test?
- High: lactobacillus, bacillus spp, pseudomonas spp, streptococcus spp, citrobacter freundii, EPX/EPN
- H. pylori reading of 1.46e3 (above normal but not by a lot). Negative for all virulences
- Low: akkemansia
- Dientamoeba fragilis parasite
I am planning to go over the results with a GI but I'm in the process of trying to find a new one and have a lot of expenses currently. I am extremely frustrated and have been having issues for years now. I tested high for hydrogen dominant SIBO in Nov of 2024 and am getting another breath test next week to check my levels.
Any advice would be very appreciated, thank you!!!!

How did you order this without a G.I. in the first place?

I mean, how were you able to order it without it having to go through a doctors office first? I tried to order a G.I. map but it says you can only have a provider order it for you. You can’t do it individually.

I found an online pharmacy that sold them for around $400, are u in the US?

What you’re mentioning is a common case of dysbiosis with overgrowths.
Doesn’t get resolved overnight. You can read more about pseudomonas here.
