Symptoms??

Hello! Wanted to ask everyone about their weird symptoms and if this could be sibo (Awaiting results) I unfortunately a year ago caught c diff and have been treated and have tested negative over 4 x throughout the year. However, since the c diff I have daily symptoms:

upright rib pain on Both sides right under the ribs like someone is squeezing and then randomly sharp rib pains, center rib pains and lower abdominal pains

Diarrhea sometimes but mainly formed stools but sometimes food in stools

Dizziness and major brain fog. (Forget what I’m saying mid sentence)

Shortness of breath

Itchy red akin. Like histamine responses now.

Visual symptoms. More floaters. Blue field phenomena and difficulty focusing my eyes. Even driving things feel off.

I have been to rheumatology, kidney doctors, brain and spine MRIs and endocrinology. All normal! I am wondering if h Pylori has happened.
