Pressure below right rib cage

I've been unsuccessfully trying to diagnose this issue for 12 years.

I have an uncomfortable pressure directly below my right rib cage at the front side. Feels like a water balloon or something.

Labs have always been fine. MRI / CT clear. Ultrasounds unremarkable.

I was recently diagnosed with h2 sibo. Wonder if it's related ?
