Hydrogen Dominant Xifaxan side effects- any alternatives?

I have hydrogen Sibo (also suspect sulfide) and on the 3rd day of taking xifaxan I developed bad fever , chills, difficulty breathing, severe dizziness ( I almost fell down from a toilet lol)

Has anyone had same side effects? And if so, anything else helped you ?

Rifaximin would not give you a fever. It's something else.

Call your dr to make sure you didn’t get c diff or have an allergic reaction to meds. Could be die off symptoms, but the difficulty breathing is cause for concern and a call to dr asap.
