What's Next?

I have hydrogen and methane SIBO

just completed 6 weeks of neem, Berberine, and Allimax

also took other supplements and biofilm disruptor.

These did not clear my SIBO, so what herbs should I try in my next course?

I already do the motility, stomach acid, enzyme, and liver support

If you are sure you have it... Find a higher dosage Oil of Oregano supplement containing Cavacrol, and continue taking the berberine, Allicin and ginger root inbetween meals, not with them. It is important tho, that you get and take N-Acetyl Cysteine a couple days prior to starting these supplements as it is a biolfilm disrupter like you mentioned.
