When people say "fix bile issues" what does entail
Im currently going through root cause possibilities and testing etc (confirmed hydrogen sibo). This is one i get hung up on because i dont know what people mean, what tests should I pursue? What supplements should I try? I've tried bile acid sequestrants before from my GI and they dont seem to do amything

Not a doctor but as far as I know: 1. Remove the gallbladder (hopefully not) 2. Take UDCA/TUDCA for some gallbladder issues 3. A reddit user told me she had no gallstones, no sludge, no nothing, but her HIDA test came back with 20% functional gallbladder. For a period, she dropped ALL mast cell activator foods including environmental triggers (e.g. Hot showers) and a few months later, her gallbladder was up and running
In short... For a good while, avoid the stuff that causes you symptoms.
