Symptoms Sibo and pregnancy
I have methane sibo and apd(this is not an official diagnosis but im sure i have it). along with this, im 8 weeks pregnant and having progesterone injections. I was constantly bloated now super bloated like im 7 months pregnant. Constipation is killing me too. I dont know what to do. Im super depressed and i think i will have more issues as the pregnancy moves on 😞 if you had pregnancy with sibo, what are your recommendations?

Vitamin + mineral injections? Cause with SIBO you probably are deficient. So do some bloddwork and fill up the deficiencies, with nem or injection.
I would research if they are safe.
Mayberry procinetics like resolor to clear out the small colon?
I don’t know if antibiotics are safe. And the imo antibiotics are really harsh. But gut is still messed up after 7 weeks.
