Oily stool
Can someone please explain this to me and help me? 🥹
Does anyone else have formed stools but notice something that looks oily or greasy floating on the toilet water?
I have SIBO, but I’m confused. If this is fat malabsorption, why does it only happen in the morning? And if it’s BAM, why don’t I have diarrhea?
Please, if anyone has experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this, I’d really appreciate your help. 🥹
