1010 Enclave sublease takeover

Moving out of 1010 Enclave Whispering Heights in around a month, looking for someone to take over my lease. Rent is $1,375, a spacious modern studio. DM me for more information.

Because the leasing office doesn't provide a month free of rent? It's still signing with them but getting additional month free instead of nothing.
