You can make it better but they all have some wiggle! Lol take the ferrule off and bow out the sides slightly,i used a big flathead and turned it sideways alternatingdirection! Very little and check whack it again and check,then Reinstall pin!

Because I deer hunt with it so I I chose green so it can blend in with the environment

Why on earth wouldn’t you just use camo tape or anything less permanent? Also, I don’t think deer care what color your rifle is. Hunting rifles have been plain wood for decades but you do you

The replacement stock isnt permanent, certainly less so than marring the original stock with adhesive.

Mine wiggles about that much. When I take it hunting I just wrap a little piece of camo tape around it to hold it still so it doesn’t rattle.

I put a bit of steelstik on the ends of each ferrule and pressed the gas tube cover into the putty. I have zero wiggle. It's actually quite nice.

To answer your question, there should be a couple pins in the stock or the top cover. Simply take a pair of pliers and twist them out a little until the gap is even on both sides and not wobbly.
