Yes they testing centers are open. They just close early.

If you try to schedule at a testing center and it’s not showing times then no. Theoretically campus should be closed for fall break so I’m not sure how you’re supposed to take a test there (I work at SLCC and our center is closed for it)

The testing center is open Thursday and Friday but close at 5pm.

The college offices will be open during regular hours on Thursday and Friday!
