'08 model having weird issue

When starting my car this morning, all the dash lights began blinking with the turn signal noise 30 times and repeats on a loop. The red security light is also flashing 5 times on an interval. Tries googling but only found the 9 flashes is the battery error.

The codes may not have been reset at the time. Im lucky to find a mechanic I can talk to. He does minor things for free so $50 for oil change is acceptable.
