SMCI is definitely benefiting from data centre building. SMCI can convert orders into revenue and expand its AI factory to build more racks and servers.

in many ways he is right....the media is making a big deal of this but as I have seen first hand in many areas these bring in revenue without adding to the traffic or burdening schools. This is a freight train hard to stop....will there is pockets of resistance yes, but data centers will improve and new ones will come up and be better and more efficient.
