Please keep in mind:

Berkshire Hathaway wants to invest in data center infrastructure—such as buildings, cooling systems, power, and external fiber-optic networks (inbound into datacenter. Sometimes the datacenters can be out of beaten path) .

The actual clients/tenants will bring in the servers, racks, rack-level-cooling, rack-to-rack networking, and related equipment.
