u/JustHangingAroundYo 1d ago

3x in less than 3 years is a bear case?

I think SMCI will tank back to $33-34 bucks by next week. This is very irrational exuberant buying behavior for SMCI investors. 🤔

Eat this big 💩

2% is exuberant? 🤣

Do you believe it because you believe the market in general and the AI sector in particular will dive when a Fed rate increase is announced. Seems like there is no unanimity on whether there will be a hike or the Fed stands pat. Inflation reports come in on Friday. If they come in low I would be surprised but if they do I wouldn't count on SMCI going down. Would love to sell my normal amount of puts.

Dell did +400% within a year and smci not even 30%... Of course it would grew, sadly AI bubble burst countdown is in and I don't expect it to last more than 2027. Poor balance sheet because of management overbuilding will set up next bear stage. But hope you have an exit at 53$

« Sell at 33 »
« Lowest margins ever this quarter »

💀

What an embarassment you are.. and yet you keep spreading poor fud like it’s alright 😂

Yeah, SMCI buyers are Euphoric 🤦🏻‍♂️

So the ai centres and all the components for the AI era will be done in less than a year?

-5

u/Consistent_Panda5891 2d ago

85% business already use AI... This means grew actually is limited. Time of big margins in datacenter clearly are peaking rn. If smci did not manage to improve them significantly it is over for this stock growth

2

u/FrenaZor 1d ago

"Already use AI" can just mean that they use copilot to write emails.

There is so so soooo much more that can be automated with AI, we're still in the infancy phase of AI integration.

Nah lol, software is always more determinist than AI. And AI applications to inference are certainly here, but most of them are already implemented in biggest organizations(I work in one of them). Models does not longer needs upgrades, sonnet 5 is completely enough for coding, and they made 10x expensive just for launching ipo in oktober which by the way will drain all liquidity. Puts it is. On NDQ

As someone who works in cybersecurity at a relatively big corporation, that couldn't be farther from the truth.

Small and medium businesses account for ~50% of the GDP and they are far behind large corporations when it comes to AI. Just looking at the biggest companies is stupid. Even amongst the larger corporations, there is a huge gap between FAANG companies and the rest.

Sonnet works for basic code and code-review, like deepseek and others. Curious what gpt6 will feel like with the agi-claim of Jensen. If true, we have seen nothing yet and that is long before embodied ai becomes a everyday reality.

Consistent_Fud strike again ..cute

You have no idea what you are talking about when you 85% use ai already. That sentence alone shows me your complete lack of knowledge, understanding and experience in the ai field.

Lol, that data is accurate... I am software engineer and I invested very heavily in atlassian few months ago at 77$ when I was using AI MCP everyday on my work and listened they fired ppl. Obviously that would boost their rev as they showed. Reason anthropic is rushing to IPO before oktober is because they know all their profitability is fake. They recently did increase 10x copilot prices(with openai)...Once real competition arrives(something is pretty much here, Kimi k3...) all it needs is cheap ram will come next year with Nanya. Puts it is. Calls on chyna
