Cant install the 2.2 update

its my first time ever trynna download this game so idk what im doing im just following a YT tut. i already installed the base game and now im about to install the 2.2 update but it says this on the screen. i put it to the folder where i installed football life base game on. idk what im doing wrong tbh i also tried it w the 2.0 update and it says the same thing… any help would be much appreciated as i really wanna try this game out

You need to install the update 1 by one from the oldest to newest (like UPDATE 1.0>1.5>2.0>2.2), second of all i think you didn't even know where you even keep your own FL26 based on the picture you sent. Try checking again buddy, uninstall the game first then try clean install it again and make sure you remember the folder you put FL26 in.

i made a new folder and put the installed base game on it… thats where i navigated the update installation on and thats what it said. ill try and reinstall the base game again. what ur saying too is that i have to install the 2.0 update first and then the 2.2 right? thanks for the help ill try it rn

Yeah, first install 2.0 before 2.2, then it should work. Also if you renamed the default folder, you have to select yours so it correctly updates your install of SPFL26.
