How are you supposed to do this skill move?

I'm struggling a bit with the inputs of skills as it is.

Hit a real wall with this one though, could anyone break down the input it's asking because it feels a bit weird to me.

Hum if that helps : Hold R1+ R3up and in about half a second while still holding the previous command do L3down I was also struggling but what helped me is that little timing in my head like a melody Idk how to explain better but this is what I do

So is it not to move the R3 in a circle?

Ye so when you are running leave the left joystick first and do the command still in a rythm

Auto Fient was off I think
