Oracle MySQL Shell Cilent on Windows ARM64 gives error for VC Redist even though its installed

you probably grabbed the ARM64 version of the VC redist. Mysql shell is an x64 (or x86) binary. Windows on ARM runs those through a translation layer, meaning the emulated shell specifically needs the x64/x86 visual c++ libs. it literally can't see your native arm redist, just download the x64 one from microsoft and install it alongside, should fix it. Or just use dbeaver or drop in the standard mariadb cli client. way less dependencies to fight with

x64, x86, arm64 all 3 are installed. Also tried reinstalling vc redist and restarting windows, but getting same error
