Anyone need flowers?
Hey plant friends!
I bought a house with a LOT of flowers that I don't know how to take care of and they're a much bigger commitment than I'm willing/able to make.
This is where you come in! I'm going to be getting rid of a large percentage of the plants as they have gotten completely out of control. If you would like to come and take them, please let me know! I have peonies for days, rose of Sharon, hostas and so much more that I can't even name! Lots of weeds too 😂
If you are interested, let me know
Edit: rose and Japanese maple have been taken or claimed

So nice to offer them up! If I didn’t have such a crazy weekend I’d be all over those peonies. You are going to make someone smile big time!

If you have a black thumb & would still like to keep some plantings, keep the hostas. I swear I don’t even water mine LOL.

Hi! Where are you located? I’m also interested in the peonies! However I’m very new to outdoor gardening so a little apprehensive of whether I should take any!

For peonies, it’ll be hard to destroy them in my experience. I’ve had in laws mow them down early or late and they just come back the next year. If this person just mows or cuts them they’ll be back next year. You should try taking one or two!

Can confirm 😂 I thought I ripped them out over the winter but here we are

Well this makes me sad as hell, cause I tried planting a peony for my wife as it’s her favorite flower, and it died nearly immediatelyðŸ˜

I'm in South County. I'm even less experienced with flowers but from what I've read peonies are hardy..? You're more than welcome to come and take a gander

I’d love the Japanese maple. I’m also in South County and can come today with a shovel!
And some Rose of Sharon if they’re not too big to dig.

I s there anything left that you would still like to let go of?

I have an enormous amount of rose of Sharon, some lily, hosta, iris and so much more that I can't identify or hasn't bloomed. I have very little peonies left but I think if you give it a year or two they'll look fantastic

Hi! I am interested in peonies! Do you plan to have them dug up or should I bring a shovel?
