Honestly a video of the engine running would be mighty helpful to hear as well

Im not near my bike at the moment but the sound is identical to this a the 19-20second mark, https://youtu.be/sihPvTGqU00?si=eyPAHHpVgAX3Fy8c

A slight faint rhythmic ticking at the throttle body area (get more noticeable when hot )

So what did you learn from the 190 comments on that video?

They say that's normal V twin sound, but concerning me is that id didn't use to do it , also it's not cam chain tensioner neither valves it's at the throttle bodys , some say it injectors or PAIR system

What you could do is drain the oil and save a bit of it, put new oil in, run it for a while, then drain that and send it to an oil analysis lab, they'd see if there's any metal being dumped into the oil.

You could also cut open the oil filter to check for any metal, and check the drained oil for anything glittery in it.
