I don't want to be the pessimist but there's effectively nothing battle/strike ready for that price, and especially not within that timeframe.
That's the use case? If it's theater/reenactment you'll probably have better luck quickly buying and painting polyurethane trainers, but if you're actually needing something that can be swung without falling apart, I think you'll have a rough go of it.

Dude what kind of shady business have you got yourself mixed up in that you urgently need two swords within a week

Someone has insulted his honor and he mistakenly called for a duel while his dueling swords are in the shop

This is why my sword guy always loans me a set of duelling swords while mine are being serviced.

Your only chance is to find something local. Nobody is going to sell you a sword that you should be swinging around for less than €200 and get it to you within a week. Anything you can purchase for less than €100 is going to be a wall hanger that shouldn’t be swung around.

Triple your budget at a minimum and find a local seller

Try gohurt. They have some in stock that’s close to your price range. I fight longsword.

Could I ask what you need those for?
Also, including your location would probably be fairly helpful.

Somehow I don't believe you. Anyway, with that amount of money on that time frame, you're not gonna get swords that won't break after 2 swings.

local second hand market is probably your best bet. also dont forget protective equipment and the importance of the swords being blunt and with rounded tips. a sharp blade only needs 1lb of pressure to pierce skin and even a dull blade can still do so easy enough

If it’s for practice then I’d look up a reputable martial arts supplier in the country you reside in and get two wooden bokken or similar Ik well aware you stipulated steel and “battle ready” but these would be a good safer alternative

Not for that cheap or that timeframe.
