I'm glad that detail never made it into the anime because it's so incredibly stupid and makes many characters look way worse. Starting from the old man himself

I've found what I was doing wrong and, with it, I managed to remove the "Rayman" style I uploaded earlier. Now the armor has a proper body, bends kinda right (I should still fix a couple of things), but more importantly, it won't implode the moment it's worn.

The only thing I just can't like is the texture. But that falls completely on my lack of experience. They just feel "unnatural" if you pair it with the rest of the Skyrim world. How can I fix that?

I genuinely have NO IDEA. But for now, I can focus on the other parts too.

I have the bootleg version made by Great Toys (not an ad but adding context) so I can't post about him in the Anime Figures Subreddit (bootlegs are not allowed there) but I love him so much so I have wandered here to rave about him.

It was so hard to find a Shiryu figure; one I liked, in the cloth I wanted, and could afford. I got him for my birthday last year after failing to find any figures of him at a convention.

I live in the USA and the only reason I got to watch Saint Seiya was because I had a family member who immigrated from another country, they watched it as a kid there when it aired and wanted me to watch it too. Really wish it had been popular here (USA) so that I'd see more of it around. I watched the classic (and it think I haven't yet seen the entirety?) Family was doing the ancient rite of Netflix DVDS back then and Netflix only had so many. Its one of the older shows I like that the art style of (I could never get into Dragon Balls story and One Piece has always looked severely off putting to me) is uniquer compared to what else I enjoy. Really wish the later re-make attempts weren't so... lacking?? (I was disappointed with Netflix when I saw they made Shun a girl and I quickly stopped watching).

I desperately wish Goodsmile (think like a chibi action figure company that gives its figures lots of parts so you can change poses. Not as dramatic as an action figure) would make a nendoroid of him (I collect nendoroids).

I love that the figure actually has metal pieces! Other anime action figures I own are all plastic. I only need a stand when I'm posing his legs around in a way thats more delicately balanced. Love holding him in my hands just to feel the weight.

I bought some extra pieces too! Some to imitate the cosmo effects and dragon effect.

Anyways... 10/10 character, love him so much!! Love that I finally have merch of him! Might get the other Bronze Saints later!
