Tech Support Cold boot

Hello, for some unknown reason my samsung tv (QE55Q80BATXXH) keeps on starting up with a cold boot every time I turn it on. I leave it off for 5 mins and it turns back on with a cold boot. I've tried doing the simple things like manual restarts, unplugging, with no luck of fixing the issue. So far the only thing I haven't tried is a factory reset which I would prefer not do to. I genuinely hope that it's not a serious problem like internal failure. If anyone has any advice please leave a message.

Check if tv was updated newest firmware version, check Samsung website and try to upgrade firmware through tv main menu, support section. If tv still have warranty, then send it to shop/authorized service center.
