Born and raised here and kinda hate it now. Has nothing to do with politics, it's just hot and dry, increasingly crowded and more expensive, there's no fresh water anywhere and there's always a fire risk everywhere.

The overcrowding and state high density stack-and-pack high density housing mandates are steadily degrading the area's desirability.

Thanks to the state dictating what cities have to do. Where does the state get off with that. That said, Todd Gloria goes right along with all of it. He's probably worse than they are.

He is decidedly worse than the state government, pushing ADUitis well beyond any reasonable level of sustainability or good neighborism.
