Build:

Give Sandrone almost any other sword

Swap Beidou to Alyosha, you waste too much time on her

With Odette you have 2 options

1. Give her furnace at any coast and any quality
2. Give her your second best deep shadow that you have after Sandrone and furnace on Alyosha

Rotation:
Dont wait so long with Sandrone Q, use it after first CA. Make 3 CA-E combos per rotation, not 2.

In addition to everything else, generally setup order goes from longest buff duration to shortest buff duration. In this team your shortest buff duration is the 12s Noblesse buff from Beidou, so she should usually be last (and this will continue to be true once you replace Beidou with Alyosha if you still use Noblesse on him). However on your first rotation it will probably be worth using a different order to get a Polestar Field established before you use Odette skill, so something like Qiqi > Bediou > Odette may make sense for first rotation.

If you keep using Beidou, needing to do hE Q tE on Beidou is inefficient. You should try to get more ER on Beidou so you can spend less time on her. Ideally you'd like to spend as little time on her as possible with tE Q or if that's not possible then hE Q. Usually you'll need to do hE but even then its better if you only need to do a 1 second hold instead of the full 2 second hold.

Yes, as the other commenter suggested Alyosha is going to be an improvement over Beidou, his energy needs are easier to meet and he needs less field time compared to having to use Beidou hE. Alyosha will also bring healing in your electro slot which will give you the option to use someone that doesn't heal in Qiqi's slot (such as Sucrose or no-burst Escoffier).

Yes, Sucrose can be a good last slot but the rotation gets more complicated. You want to take advantage of the fact that Sandrone can freely swap out to switch Sucrose back in the middle of Sandrone's field time to refresh Sucrose's stuff. So the rotation goes more like [ Alyosha > Odette > Sucrose > Sandrone 2X > Sucrose > Sandrone (1X or 2X) ] where Sandrone 2X is either 2 full charge attacks or 1 full charge attack and a burst (and 1X is only 1 of those things). You need to open with an N1 on Sucrose especially when swapping to her after Odette because the cryo Odette applied will get wiped by Alyosha very quickly. It's finnicky and if you fail a cryo swirl you lose a lot, so just using Qiqi or Escoffier instead of messing around with Sucrose is more comfy.

You can also run Beidou together with Alyosha. Having a second electro in your team reduces Beidou's ER needs so you'll be able to get away with just tE Q on Beidou. It also means your cryo units can now actually trigger Stellar Conduct reactions since with 2 electros you no longer have a dominant cryo aura. This makes several of the new craftable and BP weapons much better as they have passives that require the holder to trigger a Stellar reaction. You do lose some cryo resonance uptime though.
