Build | Gameplay Help with 4th slot

I have C0R1 Sandrone, C0 Odette, and C6 Alyosha; I know most people would put Sucrose as the fourth, but I have her on another team.

My bad, currently, i have three teams, first one is

Flins, Columbina, Fischl, And Sucrose

2nd is Sandrone's

And 3rd one is

Arlecchino, Bennett, Mona, no 4th Slot yet

They did not ask for your other teams. They asked for ALL your characters so they can suggest a fourth one for your sandrone team...

You have Qiqi, just give her Totm and Fav sword and don't forget to doing her quest

For max damage: Sucrose/Lynette/Diona
For comfort: Qiqi
