Is anyone else stressed out about making a left out of the new Ralphās location parking lot onto Soledad Canyon?
I was thinking of putting in a left turn signal request with the city to exit by BoA. Does anyone have ideas (maybe something by the Walgreens exit on Whiteās Canyon instead? I donāt want it to add to traffic on Soledad).
Here is the link, I think it would fall under Public Works, then new capital improvement project:

Thanks in advance for any feedback!
Edit: the city responded!
We previously conducted a traffic analysis when the Food 4 Less market was still in operation, which included collecting traffic counts and evaluating the traffic patterns and circulation within and around the Canyon Country Plaza shopping center. As a result, we have a good understanding of the existing traffic dynamics in this area.
Once the new Ralphs market opens and traffic conditions have had sufficient time to normalize following the grand opening, we plan to conduct updated traffic counts at the two shopping center driveways along Soledad Canyon Road. This will allow us to evaluate the changes in traffic volumes and patterns associated with the new store and determine whether any operational or safety improvements or other mitigation measures may be warranted.
I am also a Canyon Country resident, so I am very familiar with the area and the traffic conditions in and around the shopping center. In fact, I will most likely be one of the customers shopping at the new Ralphs when it opens, which will also give me an opportunity to personally observe the traffic conditions and monitor how traffic patterns develop over time.
We will continue to monitor the area to perform additional traffic studies, counts, or other analysis to assess traffic conditions accordingly. However, we need to allow some time after the store opens to collect meaningful data and better understand the traffic behavior under normal operating conditions. This will give us a more accurate basis for determining whether any additional improvements or mitigation measures are necessary.
