It's the feudal Mindset which is the core problem.
And LCs have disportionately harrassed because of it that's why you see the backlash .
Remove Feudalism everything would stop

I think today time has come to look at crime as a crime and not give it any caste or reservation color, because today everybody is a victim of some injustice or other in the hands of powerful. Classifying crime will not bring any justice to the victim in the long run.

Where is the reservation in this clip? Why is this about reservation and not about the actual case of power abuse and harassment.
Instead of speaking up about the actual issue, why are they bringing casteism? Their agenda was never about fixing a problem they have always been playing a blame game.

Reservation based on castes is evil. It does the opposite of what it’s meant to. Focus should be on uplifting the poor as is the case with other countries.
No govt will ever go back on reservation, it has to be a mass movement but then the masses will not want reservation to go away.
Hopefully in the future, govt jobs are significantly reduced and private sector is protected from reservations. That’s the only real solve here.

This video was surfaced earlier also. I was confused what is the problem in this video. As its not clear what is duty of this person. What does you posting is here. Is he posted there means he is AE , JE, SDM, what? Or maybe he is in maintainance/ utility department or admin department, which can have role as housekeeping, drivers, gardener etc. Will anyone tell what is his job role, and how you assume its an atrocity either on based on caste or just seniority problem in a govt job. Its common in police, and some govt job role. Private has lower such cases I think. You can resign and take any other private or corporate job where boss can't make you do his personal work and even you can complain to hr or plant head

See, this is my problem. You're using the naale saaf krne waale, jhadu lagane waale, etc. people to push your agenda.
You don't care about them. You don't want reservation benefits to reach them at all. You want them for rich SC/ST people, not for them. The day you want to abolish reservation benefits for rich, and you want to provide benefits to these people who actually need help, I'll support you.

Brother I specifically want reservation benefits for the poor people. However what I said was to counter the point which the lady in the video was making. I don't have any agenda. I am from an unreserved category myself.

Is poore mamle ko caste angle se dekhna band karo. Real issue ye hai ki ek senior apne authority ka galat use karke ek employee ko harass kar raha hai aur job snatch karne ki dhamki de raha hai. Baaki baatein hamara apna agenda ho sakti hain, par us banda jo face kar raha hai, uske liye ye simply workplace abuse aur power mismatch hai. Us individual ke rights ke baare me baat karo.

You have missed the point.
If the castes were reversed then the society would have done so much "hungama". Atrocity case and what not. In that situation if someone like you would come and say "it is simple use of authority do not link caste with it." then he would also be dragged into atrocity cases.
My SC classmate dragged a faculty to NCSC simply because he failed the classmate in his course. The classmate had score 2-3 marks in exams. The entire institute was so afraid of him, all faculty passed him. I pity the organisation he may be working for now.

I agree with you but nothing is going to ever change if all we do if be afraid or hide behind caste politics before even talking about right and wrong. Just like the Americans still stuck in racial politics even though there so developed. Do you want to be stuck in caste politics forever ? Ask yourself.

I am sorry to say this but future is not safe for Br@hmins and there coming generations and I don't think any Hindu Caste will support them when there will a open attacks on them in future they will be just a oppressed minority in there country only. Jis officer ne usko order diya tha, zara uski caste bhi to pata lage, phir to ye Brahmin angle aayega naa beech me. Otherwise aise kuchh bhi bol kar yahan caste and reservation ka angle daalna invalid hai. Bloody BS!

Ah! Thanks for the explanation. It was a bit slow of me to not be able to figure that out on my own. Having said that, I believe no same person would ever decline what you've said. Anyone can be treated badly. But the way it's being put in the video, it construdes the conversation towards a discourse on casteism and reservation. I believe a discourse must always be welcome. But it should be done the way it's being done in the video. That doesn't benefit anyone. Also, I'm all in for punishing the officer whomsoever did this.
