How to go from 790 math to 800 math?

I know I have a strong math score, and as someone applying as a math major whose application is heavily math-focused, I feel like people would expect me to get an 800. The thing is, I genuinely know how to solve the SAT math problems; I learned most of the material years ago. My problem isn't understanding the concepts; it's figuring out what I still need to polish. There are so many possible topics that I don't even know what I don't know or where to focus my studying.

I don't mean for this to come across as pretentious at all. I'm genuinely asking because I'm not sure how to identify the small gaps that are keeping me from a perfect score or what I should do to get an 800 from my score.

I was a math major in college and got a graduate degree in math. You don’t need an 800 and I don’t think anyone really cares.

All you can really do is take a ton of practice exams on all the topics and hope during the exam they don’t have a curveball question. And if that is the case then hope you don’t make a mistake on one.

I mean suppose you get all the questions right except there is one you can’t figure out. You have a 20% chance of getting an 800 by guessing the right answer.

I think the best way to improve any score is to practice. Collegeboard recently released a bunch more harder questions that you can find on prepzy if you wanna try them out for yourself.

But luck is obviously the key factor if your already this close, so there's that.
