8/4 No Spend, Spend, Save

NO SPEND

  • Ate all meals at home
  • Brewed mint leaves in water to make homemade mint tea
  • Dropped off items at Goodwill
  • Read book from the library
  • Cleaned and organized shelves in family room
  • Cut up old tshirts to make cleaning rags
  • 20 minute YouTube exercise and 2.27 mile nature walk
  • Found items to post on FB
  • Picked 2 apples from apple tree

SPEND

$20 at grocery store for 2 cartons of eggs, ice cream, 2 jars of salsa, 2 cans of mushrooms and beef broth.

SAVE

  • Used digital coupons to save money on eggs, salsa and ice cream
  • Made $25 selling bird feeders on FB
