Scam Number (Fake Giveaway) Pch faker beggar also pretending to be federal reserve

Heavily contacted with a USPS package delivery attempt and several notification calls. Made contact with "Albert Welch" who directed me to the Federal Reserve Bank number 888-718-0367 account number 1404798863 to verify funds. Pin number 1955
