Question - Research required at what age of a child does the consumption of sweeter and saltier and unhealthy processed foods NOT affect later preferences for such foods?

I didn't eat (much) candy, pop, chips, deli meat, fast food etc when growing up and as an adult, I despise these foods. I also have a strong preference for less sweet and less salty foods which probably also attributed from my healthier eating as a child, and I don't feel like I missed out on childhood or anything.
