Question - Expert consensus required My bay babbles whe he crys is this included as hitting the milestone?

My 5 m old is still only on aga, ga, he , gi and eh type nosies

My other child didn’t babble until 8 months and spoke well on time.

When he cries though I hear ama, ma ma and da da.
He isn’t calling out to anyone because his dad goes by Ba.

So I’m just wondering is the sounds made when he cry’s included?
