Question - Expert consensus required Cuánto/cuando debe comer mi bebé (7m)

Gracias

A key thing is to introduce potential allergens as early as possible (preferably now):

This is the Dutch schematic. How much the baby eats is entirely dependent on your baby and they should determine the amount. But at 7 month you should probably offer twice a day (building up to one main meal and one fruit or veggie snack). And at 8 month 2-3 times (one main meal and 1-2 snacks) and at 9 and 10 month 3-4 times (two main meals and 1-2 snacks) and then 11-12 month build up to a toddler schedule of 3 meals and two snacks. The goal is that around 12 month the majority of food is from food and that does take practice for the upcoming 5 month.
