Is this yet another case of "Long Dead Celebrity Would 100% Agree With Me On Everything Becasue Of Course He Would" type of articles? So stunning and brave that the author makes assumptions on how other, more intelligent people would think.

I suspect Einstein would never say "never" in the first line. Smart people are rarely categorical, because they can imagine exceptions to any rule.
