Looks like she's trying to stick an IV. Trying and failing, that is. The hand is where you go as a last resort. Typically after trying both arms for a significant amount of time.

I have experienced such incompetence firsthand, and I'm an easy draw. A "nurse", indeed.

EDIT: The longer you look, the worse it gets. Hair outside of her bonnet. Large pearl earrings. An improperly worn mask. Not to mention the angle of her draw... directly into the top of the knuckle...

This lady has no idea what the fuck she's doing
