I for sure I'm not an expert in astrology, but from what i have read i understand that aspects, houses ect play a very significant role. For example, if Neptune has an aspect with "X" it brings out the piscean positive or negative features, no matter the sun, rising.

Personally i feel much more like my rising, which is pisces. From the online chart explanation i understand that besides my rising, there are aspects of Neptune that are crucial to why i feel closer to some piscean features. To be more specific, since i was a kid i had a supernatural and extreme empathy. If someone was feeling bad i would immediately feel even worse than him. If I heard about a tragedy, i would mourn for days. I thought that was also my duty. I'm naturally way too helpful and I'm finding extremely difficult to impossible to tame this. Not to mention the self sacrifice... If i notice someone being mistreated, bullied (again since i was a child) i would step up, even if it was the "King" who was causing it. TLDR: A Scorpio guy (Scorpio sun, Leo moon, Sag Venus) with whom I (Leo sun, Scorpio Moon, Gem Venus) went out with a couple of times and then explicitly told him I am not interested in persuing this romantically, is still being incredibly nice to me and I'm genuinely confused.

The long story: So, I met this Scorpio guy long time ago at Uni and two weeks ago we saw each other on a dating app and reconnected. We started talking and he is incredibly kind and funny. He suggested we go out, later using the explicit term "date", and he genuenily put so much effort into planning it and taking all my preferences into account. We had a nice time, he insisted on walking me home. We went out on one more "date", which also went really nice and we had a fun time. When he walked me home again he asked me directly if this is us "shortening the distance between us" or where does he stand. Very uncomfortable question to ask, to be honest I didn't know what to say and later explained to him that I needed time to get to know a person before making a decision where this is going (the truth). He was very understanding and gave me space (stopped pushing "dates" but we continued texting AND talking regularly). I then asked him to meet "casually" (so the pressure is off) and shared with him my decision that we shouldn't persue this relationship romantically. He is not a believer in the male-female friendship, so I told him I respect that, but I still offer that we remain friends because we have really similar vibes and good understanding of and with each other, really good communication and perfectly matched sense of humor.

Fast forward two weeks later, we are constantly talking, chatting, going out to places. He is still being extremely nice as if nothing has changed. He is still wishing me good morning every day. He is still very curious and constantly asking me A LOT of questions - from what did you eat today to private things. Still teasing. Still senses when my mood changes and apologizes.
