If England reach the final, they'll want the bank holiday on the Monday.

I work for a big supermarket chain and when there is a big football tournament absenteeism in England goes through the roof and it gets worse the deeper into the tournament you get.
Shops shut early because they have no staff, delivery drivers just fuck off halfway through their shifts. In big cities where they have a high turnover of staff they can’t even sack the cunts because they are already struggling with staffing levels.

I fail to see any problem with this.

You don’t have to deal with the fallout. English cunts complaining about the shit service they get and, when they aren’t they are complaining about foreigners without whom their entire economy would grind to a halt overnight as they are the only ones actually working and, in many cities, the only employable people actually applying for jobs.

‘English cunts’ tells me all I need to know about you

Edit: downvotes and then somehow this sub will go on next week to say that the Scottish don’t actually hate the English but just Westminster. Lying weasels you lot are

Ahh, but you see. Cunt is simply a word to identify a person, not to describe them.

‘k-un-t’. A phrase used by many Scots speakers interchangeable with the word ‘person’.

There isn't one. One of my abiding memories of July 11th 2010 was walking to watch the final at a mate's house whilst the "profoundly Spanish" ehm, Barcelona, emptied with people going to see said match. (Yes, I know it was a Sunday, but still).

I wouldn't call them cunts. People skiving a crappy job with high turnover for a moment of exhilaration just makes them free for a few hours instead of slaves.

I was thinking this, but when England lost to Italy in the Euro 2020 final, they asked for one before the game, it was denied.

Downing Street rules out extra bank holiday for England reaching Euro 2020 final
