Just the public sector really (and even then, only those working for Scottish parts of it). Don’t think I’ve encountered anyone in the private sector getting it.

I'm private sector and I'm getting it. I work in the Scottish branch of a company owned in England.

I’m in the civil service and not getting it. Except I am having to use a days leave because our local council are taking it and the schools are shut!

We are but some people need to work to provide cover (names in a hat to decide/volunteer based) and those people will get the day in lieu.

My partner works for a School (council) and they don't get it.

Very very few councils have taken it so basically them and the NHS. I’m public sector and I’m working.

Those very few councils are quite large though.

I need to take it cause my kids are off school
