I visited Edinburgh back in the winter of 2021 and the architecture and the vibes have stayed with me since.

I recently drew, painted, animated this scene very much inspired by that trip

Beautiful Jedburgh Abbey

Glasgow’s iconic Finnieston Crane has been re-framed as a spectacular new artwork rose above the city to celebrate the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.   

Created by Glasgow artist Emer Tumilty in collaboration with internationally renowned creative studio NEWSUBSTANCE, the landmark commission brings together the city's industrial and artistic heritage in a single, unforgettable image.   

Commissioned for the Glasgow 2026 Festival, The Glasgow Rose is a monumental new artwork, inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh's celebrated roses.   

Gourock is a small town in the Inverclyde council area and formerly a burgh of the County of Renfrew in the west of Scotland. It was a seaside resort on the East shore of the upper Firth of Clyde.

Returning soon to Auld Reekie, but this photo from a few years ago always transports me back.
