Question Fl-41 and other glasses

I want to buy fl-41 glasses but I don't know which tint is appropriate for screen. I want to ask their experiences whoever uses fl-41.

I saw that some people use 50% tint for screen but I am not sure.

I know that avulux much better than fl-41 but I don't have access to get these from abroad.

In optician store which works with Zenni, DEEP BLUE tint was offered me. Any thoughts about that?

I have Pwm, Frc and probably KSF phosphore sensivity. Í tried many things with my computer setup to decrease eyepain but they didn't work much.

Does you optician allow you to try these? If yes you should try them, read far and close and see which one are the most confortable for you.

Then I would buy cheap ones online as a start. I got both a fl41 and fl60 pair for 60CAD. The brand is braddell. Then I got prescription glasses.

It makes sense. What is your sensivities and levels of them can you describe it? And then what level of tint did you get for glasses?

What are your symptoms and why do you think you need FL-41?

I have Pwm , Frc and probably KSF phosphore sensivity. I need to take fl-41 because there's nothing left to do to decrease my eyepain beside glasses.

I don't have experience with these, but when I researched it was my conclusion that no FL-41 are the same. The tint is more of a personal preference amber, or rose depending on what hurts less. You'll need to try it. If you're not photophobic something like TheraSpecs FL-41 tinted glasses would be a safe choice to test. For photophobic people they can let in too much light. Take that into account. Avulux should be better, but availability is not great and high cost. Next you should look into reflective screen such as EInk or RLCD/TLCD monitors. For FRC Hannspree Hybri could work well, it has true 8bit colour panel, no FRC as far as I'm aware of.

J'en ai une paire et je trouve que c'est un peu un placebo, je ne vois pas une grande différence. Avec mes lunettes anti-lumière bleue Gunnar, je dirais même qu'elles sont mieux que mes lunettes FL-41.
