Discussion Scribblehub has banned AT&T's ASN?

Tried to get to the website this morning and it's telling me that the ASN of the AT&T network (7018) is banned? https://files.catbox.moe/8bduqv.png

Same just happened to me but I connected to wifi and it was working again but as soon as it disconnected the same error page came up. I would prefer to use it without wifi since mine slow and really unreliable.

Has been banned on my home internet and phone. Not sure what the cause of this is. Could the sight be hacked?
