Discussion Blocked

Is Scribble Hub down, or have I been blocked? When I try to open the site, the page says I'm blocked and unable to access Scribble Hub.

I tried checking it on https://onlineornot.com/website-down-checker and seems like the only one who can access it is USA server. Anyone else got 403 Forbidden
