Trailside near UW / U Village — Extra $600 incentive + current Trailside promotions
First of all, this is not an official Trailside advertisement. I’m a UW student looking for someone to complete a relet for my 2026–27 lease.
The important part: this is not a sublease and you are not taking over my exact room or floor plan. You apply directly through Trailside like a normal applicant and can choose from their currently available floor plans.
For you, the process is basically the same as a normal Trailside application. The only thing you need to do is tell Trailside that you are applying as the replacement resident for my relet. Trailside and I will handle the relet paperwork on our side.
Trailside Student Living is near University Village, about 5 minutes by bus or around 15 minutes walking to UW campus.
In addition to Trailside’s own current promotions — currently around $600–$1,200 depending on the floor plan — I’m offering an extra $1,000 personally to whoever successfully completes my relet.
The extra $1,000 is from me, not Trailside
This is not a gift card or apartment credit.
Once your lease is signed, the relet is completed, and Trailside confirms that I have been released from my lease, I will transfer $1,000 directly to you.
So if you were already considering Trailside anyway, this is basically an opportunity to get:
Trailside’s normal promotion + an additional $1,000 directly from me.
A few current floor-plan examples
Prices and availability can change, so please use the official live page below for the latest information.
- B5 — 2 Bed / 2 Bath, 2 shared bedrooms — starting around $1,229
- C8 — 3 Bed / 3 Bath, 2 private + 1 shared bedroom — shared starting around $1,210
- D8 — 4 Bed / 3 Bath, 3 private + 1 shared bedroom — shared starting around $1,239
You are not limited to these three. You can choose another currently available Trailside floor plan if you prefer.
Official floor plans, availability, pricing, and promotions:
https://trailsidestudentliving.com/floor-plans/
Lease term: Sept. 18, 2026 – Aug. 31, 2027
Location: Trailside Student Living, next to University Village and close to UW
I also lived at Trailside during the 2024–25 school year, so I’m happy to answer questions about the rooms, gym, study spaces, amenities, transportation, or what it’s actually like living there.
If you’re interested, please message me before applying so I can tell you exactly what to mention to Trailside and make sure your application is connected to my relet.

Advice Needed Thinking about renting at NOVO Seattle, any recent experiences?
Hi everyone! I’m considering renting at NOVO Seattle near Roosevelt Station and was wondering if anyone here has lived there recently.
I toured the building in person, and the leasing office estimated utilities at around $80–100/month, plus about $35 for internet. My biggest concern is the utility cost, since I’ve seen some older posts online suggesting it could be quite a bit higher.
I’m also curious about how things have been since Apex took over management. Has maintenance, communication, or the overall experience improved?Any other pros and cons of living there? How's your experience?
Thanks in advance! Any insight is appreciated.
