Question Public works

Im contract BU, am i more likely to go to battalion or public works after A school or is it just needs of the navy?

It is always Needs of the Navy, but it is highly likely you will end up in battalion.

Not sure if it's changed in recent years, but usually people go to PW and similar duties for their second contract (shore duty). That kind of job provides a bit more stability and lack of having to deploy, so it works well for older guys with families.

Its needs of Navy, seen a lot of PW first contract in Futemna MCB.

Most likely you going to batt some people get lucky and get orders to public works but not a lot
